Cartoon work takes time , so we reserve the right to not leave a time frame for work. It is done outside of normal per hour labor and all depends on the work.
Once we get an idea and the picture you like to have done then we can tell you. We charge for a normal size cartoon job $125.00 some work with backgrounds etc
will be added charge to. This work is all hand drawn and then vectorized and can be digitized for embroidery also for added fee.
